Durham - substantial and updated
Eastern Counties - includes Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk - good updated site
East Midlands - includes Huntingdon, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Peterborough
Essex - new boy - the first new constituent body since 1954
Gloucestershire - what there is of it at rfu.com
Hampshire - new url for 2004, updated and looking very good...
Hereford and Worcester - also in North Midlands?

Kent - updated, plenty to see and do

Northamptonshire - look in East Midlands
North Midlands - contains lots of counties, including Birmingham, Hereford, Worcester, Shropshire. Now updated

Oxford - looks good and up to date

South West Administration - administers English Clubs Championship in the south west
Staffordshire - most impressive in terms of sheer content
Suffolk - also see Easter Counties but they keep their own site well maintained
Surrey - very good site with plenty of coverage
Sussex - very good site with plenty of coverage
Wiltshire - see Dorset and Wilts
Worcester - see Hereford and Worcester
