   A two-week break because of adverse weather did nothing to slow Pilgrims unbeaten progress as they ran out easy winners in this Invicta Division One game
   Will Hilton's early penalty goal was cancelled, then overtaken, by two similar awards to Gravesend but Canterbury then took control,
   Elusive wingman Kwaku Adiedu weaved his way over for the city club's first try and good recycling work piled pressure on a home side prone to giving away penalties.
    By half time Canterbury had added two more tries, through Ioan Lewis and Richie Bowen and with the wind at their backs dominated the second half
    With the pack driving hard to exploit holes in the defence and a back line with superior pace more tries were always on the cards. They came, first, from front row man Cameron Townley, who showed deft handling and quick feet, and then skipper Richard Corr.  
    Hilton kicked his third conversion to give Pilgrims a healthy cushion and they grabbed two more touchdowns to underline an emphatic victory
   Replacement Lee Walker danced over and a dominant Canterbury pack claimed a pushover score for Dan Reed.
